The Design Day & Track System Workshop featured a full-day professional program held in the event space, focusing on design, lighting technology, and smart home solutions. The aim of the event was to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the latest design trends and lighting innovations. It also offered the opportunity to explore new product developments and innovative solutions applicable in interior design and furnishing projects through presentations by various manufacturers and industry partners.

The program began with a presentation of Fermob’s outdoor furniture. Participants gained insight into the French brand’s design philosophy, as well as the materials and manufacturing processes that ensure both durability and aesthetic appeal. The discussion also highlighted Fermob’s signature vibrant color palette and key design considerations for outdoor furniture, which play an important role in modern terrace and garden design.

This was followed by a presentation from two representatives of the Czech lighting brand Bomma. They introduced the company’s distinctive glass luminaires and shared insights into the design and production process. Participants were given an overview of traditional glassmaking techniques and how they are integrated into modern lighting solutions. The presentation also emphasized the important role of decorative lighting in contemporary interior design.

After a short lunch break, the focus shifted to track lighting systems. Péter Rábay, Managing Director of Luminis Kft., delivered a professional presentation on the topic, covering system functionality, design possibilities, and practical applications in various interior projects, supported by real-life examples.

As part of the program, attendees also visited the Luminis Kft. showroom, where they participated in a Loxone Digital Experience Tour, offering a brief introduction to smart home technologies and building automation. In addition to the professional presentations, the day also provided opportunities for informal discussions and knowledge sharing, further strengthening the event’s professional value.
